March 2019 - AG@D Seminar 30 participants
By coming to Le Bouchot, we wanted to offer our team of employees a space conducive to sharing, listening and relaxing. When we arrived, we discovered even more, a land where time could stop and take back from beings the right to take it (its time...) Anne and Jean-Philippe, surrounded by small and large generous and welcoming hands offered us the luxury of feeling at home, a luxury offered with such simplicity that it was more difficult to leave than to arrive ;-) At Le Bouchot, the meals are as talkative as the wind, as harmonious as the garden -mandala...The dishes that were served to us told us the story of a land, of a place designed and built by its inhabitants, in a perpetual search for harmony between people and the land, between the inside and outside...Antoine de Saint Exupéry said "Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing more to take away", and at Bouchot, there is nothing to withdraw, it is just infinitely good to withdraw there to take the time to reconnect with the essential. July 2018 - Formapart Seminar 6 participants
Magnificent stay at the Bouchot eco-centre where the Formapart team was full of energy. A vegetable garden and an abundant orchard, delicious dishes prepared with love, a friendliness that warms the heart and exceptional encounters... there is always someone in the kitchens, in the garden or on the terrace with a journey and stories incredible. Le bouchot is a truly inspiring place that is absolutely worth a visit for anyone in transition or accompanying transitions.
Fair winds and long life to the bouchot!

End of August 2018 - Afac Agroforesteries CA meeting
Coming to Le Bouchot, we experienced an enchanted parenthesis in a setting truly conducive to wonder, conviviality, discovery, and the joy of living in short! Is this the magic of the place who operated? or because Anne and Jean-Philippe took such great care of us? ... In any case, we returned home, with the feeling of having extended the holidays. And yet the intellectual productions of the seminar were there! We therefore warmly recommend Bouchot and we will have a lot of pleasure in returning there, this time inviting the rest of the Afac-Agroforesteries team who were unable to take part in this first seminar.
