La table d’hôte, c’est ce moment où après une douce journée (à voguer à ses occupations), chacun peut partager ses expériences autour d’un bon plat paysan fraîchement préparé. Ce mode de restauration parfois oublié fait revivre la convivialité et émane de chaleur humaine en toute simplicité. S’asseoir à cette table de bois c’est s’offrir un moment d’humilité.

"Le Bouchot is a hidden gem. We were given a very warm French welcome and helped to our spacious room in one of the farm’s barns. The room had ample space and enough beds for me, my wife and our 2 children. The children enjoyed playing with the animals, picking vegetables, playing on the trampoline and finding frogs in the pond. We elected to have food with the hosts each night. The food was a wonderful concoction of homemade treats. The hosts ensured our wine glasses were always full. We loved the farm enough to visit it again on our return through France.
